Dr. Kearns founded the Intown Dental Center in 2010 at the Edgewood Retail Center to bring comprehensive dental care for the local intown neighborhoods. Dr. Kearns earned her undergraduate bachelor’s degree at Emory University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from New York University in 2002. Following dental school, Dr. Kearns completed a one year general practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. She practiced for many years as an associate dentist in both Manhattan and Atlanta prior to opening her own practice in Atlanta. Dr. Kearns believes in continuing education for herself and her team and takes many high level courses yearly to bring you the best and latest treatments available. She has completed courses at the world renowned Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne as well as the Spear Center in Scottsdale, AZ. She is also certified in clear aligners, traditional orthodontics, Botox and TMJ and Sleep Apnea treatment modalities. Dr. Kearns is currently a Fellow with the Academy of General Dentistry as well as a Hinman Dental Society member in which dentists commit themselves to rigorous continuing education to remain a member. She currently resides in Inman Park with her husband and two sons and is an active contributor to local schools and community.

Dr. Kearns is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Georgia Dental Association(GDA), the Northern District Dental Society (NDDS), the Hinman Dental Society, the American Orthodontics Society (AOS), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Spear study club, Splint therapy study club, and is a sponsor to her kids schools and local community.
